
Harmony Programs include:
Youth Leadership Institute (YLI): (Formerly Anytown) - a week-long, summer residential program for high school students. It is a peer-to-peer cultural immersion and leadership development experience that will “literally transform lives,” says Oprah Winfrey.
Harmony's Youth Leadership Institute is a leadership jouney that explores social justice issues facing our community. The goal of Youth Leadership Institute is to prepare high school students to become change agents and train them to be culturally competent leaders who are empowered to build inclusive community.

Unitown - an in-school program based on the strategies and techniques of the YLI experience for high school students. Unitown is a program that builds true school spirit as students work through barriers to create understanding and learn appreciation for themselves and their peers.
Manytown - An in-school experience for pre-teens (middle/junior high), introducing students to the principles of youth leadership and creating inclusive community.
Campus Leadership Institute - a program to promote diversity, tolerance, and inclusion for college and university students.
