Building inclusive community
Harmony provides many non profit, government and community agencies with the education, resources and support to become fully inclusive and culturally competent. Harmony consultants work with organizational and community leaders to develop and implement plans for dealing effectively with diversity.
Because we live in a world of conflict and division, some of it age-old and deep-seated, communities are vulnerable. Lack of understanding can break down cohesiveness and threaten a community’s safety and well being. Harmony helps individuals and agencies communicate and coalesce across cultures. Mistrust and misunderstanding are repaired through intervention and mediation.
